Assistant to the Ceo and Design Coordinator - Compensation: based on experience in Holmdel, New Jersey

We are looking for one motivated person with a design background or flair for design, to assit and work directly for the companies CEO, by sharing some of his many duties. The company is a rapidly growing Manufacturer and importer of Residential and Commercial Crystal Lighting Fixtures. The position will involve travel, as the company has permanent showrooms in Dallas, Las Vegas, Highpoint and most recently Atlanta.
The responsibilities of this positon will include executive communication follow up, various show preparation and overall management of these shows. A strong design background, along with good communicaion skills are a prerequisite for this position. Our candidate will also have the responsibility to occassionally assiting stocking dealers in the layout and presentation of our products in their showrooms. Our customer base is located in each state and province of Canada.
The compensation package being offered is based on your experience and talents and will include salary, payment of all company related travel expenses and a bonus structure based on perfromance.
